An Evening Elopement in July

Amanda and Shay decided to elope in St Louis from Franklin County Missouri.  Finding a short, sweet and simple elopement ceremony in rural areas of Missouri or Illinois is not easy other than going to the courthouse for a judge to perform a civil ceremony. There are so many limitations that even if it is less expensive to go to the county courthouse, couples have to be there on a certain day at a certain time.
